Thank you. Some are very time consuming - yes. This one however was pretty much right out of the camera with only a few basic adjustments in Lightroom.

A warm hello to all, and welcome to Fine Art America. My serious interest in photography started back in the 80's when I was still working as an engineer. I soon joined a local camera club - which I must say - was the best decision I've ever made to improve the quality of my work. In the mid 90's I joined the Nature Photographers website, which is like an online camera club where you share your images and comments with the whole world. Throughout the 90's my work again took a leap forward as a result of several workshops with the late Galen Rowell.
